Had a great time at the Royal Snail! The food was absolutely gourmet, especially the five-course dinner. Love the stylish decor throughout, and my room was quite comfy. Just wish the breakfast had more variety. cooking my own eggs was odd.

Jolled at the tiniest pool with my mates, it was a real laugh! Super clean and the staff were nice chommies, very welcoming. Loved the little coffee setup in the room, real lekker touch!

The balcony overlooking the rear offered a nice spot to unwind, and the large shower had a good amount of space, making it enjoyable despite some issues.

The hotel aesthetic, dominated by black walls and dark corridors, created a gloomy atmosphere that's far from inviting. The lift leads to dimly lit passages, which isn't ideal. The pool area is underwhelming, lacking water and cleanliness, with furniture that appears neglected. Plus, the breakfast setup was disappointing—limited options and having to cook your own eggs felt unconventional for such a place.

the royal snail is a lovely spot! we booked a superior room with a terrace overlooking the pool and garden, which was a great touch. the breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the staff provided fantastic service. don't miss the serene spa, it offers some fantastic treatments and massages to unwind.

The wellness facilities, such as the infrared sauna and jacuzzi, were enjoyable for relaxation. the breakfast lacked variety, especially considering the missed opportunity for a cooked option, as I found frying my own eggs quite odd for a hotel of this standard. the pool area was smaller than anticipated, making it less appealing for a refreshing dip.

losing sleep because of noisy people in the bar until 4 a.m. is defiantly a downside. pool was more like a bathtub, woudl have loved water instead of disappointment. as someone who expected red-carpet service, a complimentary gesture for all my troubles would have been, you know, nice. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!
